Juni’s simple elegance and monochromatic aesthetic allows the focus to remain on the table, and on the vibrancy of Chef Shaun Hergatt’s dishes.

Chef Hergatt leads every table on a journey of evolving flavors, tastes and textures, through a seasonal menu showcasing the bounty of the harvest and ingredients at their finest.

Juni is a personal affair between the guest and the chef.

Cuisine

Juni is Latin for “June,” the height of the growing season.

The cuisine’s philosophy is grounded by nature. The highest quality ingredients are hand-selected from trusted farms and foragers, and prepared with minimal manipulation, so as to preserve their natural beauty and flavor on the plate.

Chef Shaun Hergatt is driven by the search for new products, ingredients, textures and flavors to improve and innovate new dishes, in order to heighten the guest experience.

Diners can choose to experience Chef Hergatt’s cuisine via a six- or four-course tasting menu of their own choosing, or enjoy a ten-course prix fixe designed by the chef.

 

Private Dining

Juni offers private dining and special events for parties of eight or more.

From intimate gatherings in a private dining room to larger affairs that take over the restaurant, Chef Hergatt and his team will create a personalized menu inspired by and catered to your specific event. Our culinary and service teams attend to every aspect of the occasion to provide a memorable experience for you and your guests.
