Blanca is by reservation only serving dinner Wednesday-Saturday. We accept parties up to 4 people.

Blanca serves tasting menus Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 6pm and 9pm, and Saturday at 5pm and 8pm.

The cost is $195 per person, not including tax or gratuity.

Cancellations must be made more than 7 days in advance of your reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance, will be charged the full tasting menu price plus taxes per person.
